Office Guardians Marketing Solutions was conceived from the idea that an agency should be a true partner in helping uncover possibilities and protect companies while they attempt to stay true to the goals and visions that they originally targeted for their businesses.

Our core values define our company culture, and our team strives to live them, everyday, in everything we do.

As children, we were force-fed education, but as we age, our academic interactions are less frequent, unless you seek them out. We encourage our team to learn: to pursue their passions, listen to one another, and access new knowledge at conferences, the library, on blogs, and via other hands-on means. Oh, and to ask more questions!

Our best decisions and ideas are made when surrounded by people who respect and care for us. We have a positive and optimistic attitude, because this inspires everyone around them. This family spirit is shared with our clients, and we strive to build relationships with everyone we work with.

We are ideas people, and our agency is a place where creativity is encouraged and embraced. Ideas are the core of our business, whether coming up with “out of the box” solutions, or finding new marketing ideas for clients. We believe that pushing the envelope helps to solidify and defend thoughts/concepts, and reshapes thinking. A strong idea or concept will withstand the stress test or will be better at the finish line for having undergone the scrutiny.

We love to have fun. We have a great sense of humour and we know that it’s healthy to laugh. We work hard, but we always look for ways to incorporate fun into our day. Work is only one piece in the personal pie chart of life, and we aim to keep it that way. Since we are only as strong as our people, we encourage them to work hard, play hard, and rest hard. Whenever possible, we help cultivate their passions. And we consider their interests and strengths when we take on jobs. After all, if you love what you do it’s never really work.

Our clients are diverse in size and industry, but have one thing in common; they inspire us to make great work. Having a good fit is important to us – our approach is highly collaborative as we seek to constantly innovate and transform as one team. Our process is lean, iterative, and simple. We study each project’s environment and define ideas into clear, solid strategies. Through to wire-framing, prototyping, to making things look beautiful, we put as much emphasis on the aesthetic as we do with functionality. We also collaborate closely with a tight knit group of talented illustrators, photographers, and animators.
